Frequently asked questions
Will it really work on my thick 4C hair or human-hair wig?
Yes. Use 200°C for thick, coarse or curly textures and go section by section. For bone straight, Brazilian or any human-hair wig, 180°C gives a smooth, silky finish.
It’s so small. Is it powerful enough?
Small is the point. It reaches the same 160–200°C range as full-size straighteners in a size that fits your purse.
Will it burn my scalp, fingers or wig?
The comb teeth have double anti-scald protection plus an outer ring. Start on 160°C if your hair is coloured or fine, or if it’s your first time.
What if there’s dumsor and I can’t charge it?
A full charge lets you use it up to 3 times. Charge it with USB-C whenever there’s power, from a socket, laptop or power bank.
I’ve never used a straightener. Will I get it right?
Yes. It works like a normal comb: comb through a small section slowly and repeat. The video at the top shows exactly how.
Do I have to pay before delivery?
No. You pay when your order arrives, so you see it with your own eyes first. Delivery is free anywhere in Ghana.
