Will it really work on my thick 4C hair or human-hair wig?
Yes. Use 200°C for thick, coarse or curly textures and go section by section. For bone straight, Brazilian or any human-hair wig, 180°C gives a smooth, silky finish. On natural hair, use it on clean, stretched or blow-dried hair for the best result.
It’s so small. Is it powerful enough?
Small is the point. It reaches the same 160–200°C range as full-size straighteners in a size that fits your purse, so it handles quick touch-ups and full styling.
Will it burn my scalp, fingers or wig?
The comb teeth have double anti-scald protection: heat-resistant material inside and outside, plus an outer protective ring. Start on 160°C if your hair is coloured or fine, or if it’s your first time.
What if there’s no light to charge it?
It charges with a USB-C cable from a socket, your laptop or a power bank. A full charge lets you use it up to 3 times, so charge it whenever you have light or power and you’re covered for the next few styling sessions without waiting for NEPA.

I’ve never used a straightener before. Will I get it right?
Yes. It works like a normal comb: hold it, comb through a small section slowly, and repeat. There are no plates to clamp and the anti-scald teeth protect your fingers and scalp. Start on 160°C, then move up only if your hair needs more heat. The video at the top of this page shows exactly how it’s done.
